AI generated artwork (AI Art) is prohibited from being sold and displayed by guests, artists, exhibitors and vendors at TouhouFest. AI art is defined as 'any art that is artificially generated by a machine'. Any seller/artist caught selling or displaying AI art WILL be asked to remove the image(s) and may be asked to leave the event without a refund. 

For the purposes of this policy, TouhouFest considers any work that is created with an AI-program that uses sources the artist does not own or hold rights to, to be in violation. If, in the future, such a program is created that allows for only specific images the artist owns to be sourced from, it will be the artist’s responsibility to provide proof that the pieces were not created from stolen images.

TouhouFest, and its associated parent organization, The AMP Organization, DOES NOT support the use of AI Art on the premises or displayed within the confines of the venue. As Touhou is a very community driven series, we believe in compensating our artists for their work and their contributions to the community.
